The Barns, Wardy Hill

After securing a substantial plot of land and obtaining planning permission for two dwellings we started this build on 2021.  After the foundation had been completed, we had to construct the steel frame which went up from start to finish in just two days.  We could then move on to the highly insulated externals wall and in turn the slate roof.  The finishes to this house was to a very high standard including the bespoke kitchen.  Due to how insulated the house was a low energy air source heat pump was used for both the heating and hot water requirements.
